Whys my leaves doing this?

According to the coco for cannabis website that's initial Ca def. I've had that symptom mostly with Coco and LEDs, so kinda makes sense. Not fatal though.

The leaves were lovely and straight a few days ago, now they're crinkling a lil bit, I started a 1/5th strength feed with their water and that's all that's changed, my other strain in the tent isnt reaching up like it was either and they've been treat the same, is this overfeeding? Over watering? Please help

I've had lots o' seedlings with wrinkled/twisted leaves and they've always work themselves out of it.
