Northern lights auto, damn near finished.
I noticed these cob web like things on the buds.
Can I save this? I sprayed it down with neem oil before I left for work today. I thought NL auto was mold resistant. Hopefully I can save it.
Please help...

You got a microscope you can check the plant with? What’s your temps and humidity at? I’d also be wary about spraying neem oil onto a plant into flower.

Yep, & I'd bin the entire thing. Had it not been sprayed, I would have suggested cutting and rinsing, then dry and cure. But not after the neem.

Now the work starts, were did they come from, and getting rid of them. They'll be right back on your next round so you might be ready with some predators etc.

I just misted them with a little neem with water and soap. Like 5 squirts from a spray bottle.
What would that do to the flower? Bad taste?
I'll chop tomorrow. Maybe I can use for butter?

Well I can’t say what it will do to them, because I’ve never done it myself. Residue will be left behind though, so smoking that is a no in my mind. You could try rinsing everything off in water (mites/webs/soap), but I’m still not sure what results you will get.

From wiki
This is for ingestion, edibles. So vape or smoke would be a definite no for me as well.

Back in the dark days, we used to "water cure" or weed to loose the smell. You could just about smoke it in front of 5-O without giving it away. Plants were cut, trimmed, and placed in a bucket of water. Water changed daily for a week, after regular dry and cure. So, if close to the end and the mites come, get a 5 gallon bucket and rinse, won't hurt the weed, other than the turps. But can save a crop.
