Fan leaves near the bottom of a full canopy won't receive enough light for the plant to waste nutrition on, so they die.
If that leaf came from higher up on the plant, then there could be trouble.
Dying leaves at harvest is not unusual at all. I call it the "March of Death". Most of my plants leaves end up yellowing and somewhat crispy at the end.

Looks like a fan from a finishing plant. Keep an eye on your smallest sugar leaves as long as those are good no worries. What's the whole plant look like
