DIG you crazy person . You need a jack hammer to break ground . Typical of builders here they strip all the topsoil down to the clay and sell it to landscapers who are trying to rebuild soil in other subdivisions that have been stripped of their topsoil . It"s vicious circle .

Hey Frank It sure is but there's lots of money being made in selling topsoil to new homeowners. I see them every spring , out there with the greatest of intentions throwing their money around on topsoil , plants etc etc playing landscape gardeners . There's lots of money immigrating to Canada these days and that means lots of home construction and it's not unusual to see new home development with up to 1000 homes in a new subdivision. Lots of gardening going on .

Thats not much of a shocker. Canada looks mighty tempting these days, if you know what I mean
