Surley they will let a patient who can't grow an experienced grower to help over come thier dissabitiy ? Jargon fine detail in that will ultimately prove what's really leagle or not

Step one in being a legal "caregiver"(ie grow for someone else) is clear a criminal record check. So no...honestly they couldnt care less about the well being of hurting folks.

Nope. They can't deny medical.

Been denied once already due to it.....the Doctor I went to see runs their own interior criminal record checks, even on standard home med licenses.

I think on the medical side in the future, we're going to see a major lock down on what is allowed to be grown based on genetic registry. If it's not registered in an approved database and purchased from seed to sale from a licensed facility, it likely wouldn't be available for commercial sale. It's how the legal states tackle seed sales for recreational/home growing that is going to be interesting in my opinion. If seeds are required by law to be sold through a dispensary (dear lawmakers, we could use some clarification on seed sales to begin with,) I wonder if the same rules might try to apply for having them be registered genetics. No more selling Toby's Magical Auto's, they need to be Toby's Farm, LLC LIC# 1337 GEN-ID# TOBYSFARM-MAGAUTO.

Crystal ball into the future?

It's already a reality. There are several companies already providing genetic registry for cannabis strains. I hate to say it's a fad either, seems like a very stark reality in my opinion.
started last season growing my own seed, I ain't gonna stop

Why is it that they can hand out truckloads of dangerous percocet and oxycotin with a simple prescription, but when it comes to cannabis its all drug piss tests, and criminal record checks? Talks about ass backwards!!

$$$

I decline to answer that question as I might get farther into politics than I am supposed to.

That certainly seems to be the way they are heading here. Our gov seems pretty adamant that they will be the only ones making money off of cannabis....the giant licensed producers and their own greedy asses plan to rake it in
