I think at this point, i'm never going to NOT grow, as long as i'm using canna for my wife's and my ailments.. Secret or not..

I've always lived where I could do what I want to do, but the social status of our herb affects all of us. It's really bad if a med user has to revert to doing something they're not comfortable with for instance

The stocks that cover canna businesses basically went....meh. no biggie. Small lose but nothing drastic, which shows a confidence that all will be handled without too much fuss.

I tend to agree. More states are going to go legal...can't hold back the tide forever

the pendulum doesn't have much farther to swing. Red states are about to start turning purple. the next few years will see half of the south legalize, but I bet the business logistics are going to be a nightmare. KY and AR are a good example. KY has no legal mechanism for a dispensary, but it's supposedly legal (if you buy it at a dispensary.) AR priced everyone out of growing by charging ungodly amounts for a permit application to grow or sell. The opposition will play all sorts of "fine text" in the laws.

Just saw the "story" on Sacramento cbs... interesting how they immediately went to if your in the state illegally, don't get caught with pot! Federal issue instant trip to the other side of the boarder, and federal charges. Sanctuary state/city attorneys will not he able to do anything.
