I did a buisness plan for a 5 acre hops operation last year. Very detailed spreadsheets and cost analysis. If I have land and a tractor, I can do it and break even by year 4. If I add another 5 acres in year 3, I will be a rich man in ten years. I've stress tested 11 varieties for my area in pots, and landed the 4 that like it here. If I can use her land and tractor for a resonable trade or cost. I win big time.

You're gonna like it, potent and tasty. I gave my friend a couple AVT plants to grow, I keep trying to get him to drop off some more bud for me lol.
