Yep @Cat I started on June 3rd, in the hope of some guidance on what to do but have received nothing as yet, not overly impressed to be honest, more info in the thread.

I read through the thread and Tina is actually answering your posts. Maybe you can't see her answers. She said it wont catch fire and to email the purchase details to a colleague. I've been checking mine weekly, fingers crossed there are no problems. Good luck
@MarshydroTina this is a mars 2 1200. It's been running 20/4 for about 7 months and here we are. It's the blue ones like explained so many times.
Where do we go from here? What do I need to do to get a bunch of diodes shipped to me asap.
I will be putting 2 plants under this 1200 and 2 plants under a competitors brand within 1 week for a direct comparison grow ftom a non biased American who just believes in quality results. I would hate for the mars to get off to a slow start with all the blue diodes burned out I have a feeling it will need all the HP it has.

PM me your shipping address as well as the email address, and do you have a order number or when did you get this light? I will help you find out the best solution.
Hello tag60435, can you send your light picture as well as the order info. to solutions@mars-hydro.com, we will need to check what the problem of your light is, then help you fix it accordingly.
Tina, thank you for your assistance in this matter, it has taken me a few days to get pics which have been sent to solutions@mars-hydro.com with quick descriptions of the problems. I have also included a copy of the text of the msg and here are the pics as well.
((( I Have contacted Tina at Autoflower.net as to the resolution of this problem. I have two 300W (60x5) white units purchased from Amazon.com. Light #1 was purchased on 31 May 2015 under amazon order number 110-2683317-2895457. (light #1 is represented by pics 2,3,4 and 5) Light #2 was purchased on 22 July 2015 under amazon order number 002-4626503-3842611. (light #2 is represented by pics 6,7,8 and 9) You will note from the pictures that each light has 3 rows of leds out, light #1 has the 3 rows on the same half as the power plug and light #2 has 3 rows out on the opposite half of the light. I have not opened the units to attempt any troubleshooting, but this should be a relatively easy fix. I am fairly accomplished in electronic repair. I will wait for your reply.)))
