Problem: New growth is yellow. tips look slightly burnt or yellowing. dropping leaves. A couple canoeing leaves. Is this a zinc deficiency? Am I just not feeding them enough? I typically water twice a week while feeding every other water.

Medium/grow method: Bottom half Stonington’s Blend. Top half Happy Frog.

Feed: and supplements used: Cold War Organics Bud Bread and Angels Touch at half strength. Cal Mag at half strength. I’ve been feeding every 7 days. Last feeding was on Mon 2/14. I fed 5 days prior to that. 1 de-chlorinated tap water in between feedings. pH between 6.6-6.8. First feeding was 1/4 strength at day 14.

water source: Municipal water. de-chlorinated. 200PPM

Strain/age: Night Owl Pope Banner 3. Day 36

light used: HLG 600r Spec 18 on/6 off. 21” from canopy

Climate: Light on temp between 70-75F. RH 50-55%. Lights off temp between 60-65F. RH around 65%

Additional info:

Bud Bread NPK -
N 5.4 - P 2.8 - K 8.4 +Ca, S, & Mg

Angels Touch -
N 0.5 - Potash 17

Do your nutes have micro nutes?

Did you “pot up” or plant direct into pot? The reason I ask, your base soil has enough Nutes for a few weeks and the need to feed at day 14 MAY be premature. What is ur ppm’s of ur feed, INCLUDING water ppm? Another thought is your water source @200ppm probably has Ca and adding calmag in addition to Nutes may be too much. Did your plants show signs that they needed food or calmag at day 14? I’ve grown in FFHF in 3 gal pots and didn’t feed anything for 4 weeks, and never added calmag cuz my muni water @ 195 ppm diluted with rainwater to 100-110 ppm was enough.

I can NOT say with conviction what ur issue is, but I can share my experiences which may be thought provoking.

I’m not exactly sure what my PPMs are. I have a meter arriving today. I did pot up from a solo cup to a 5 gallon pot. Here’s a picture of her from yesterday. It looks like Nitrogen deficiency to me. I’m torn whether I’m feeding her too much or not enough.
