Hi everyone I’m in week 6, about a week ago I started to notice a slight yellowing of the fan leaves slowing moving up the plant, now they have brown spots them, at first I thought it was a n definitely but my pal says it’s cal or a mag definitely, can anyone help on this before I try to correct it, thank you

make sure to use cal/mag and ph your water at 6.5 then feed bloom nutes and micro nutes.

if your using chemical nutes you may have the start of lockout. You can flush plain ph water through the pots to clean out excess salts than give a good dose of cal/mag and bloom nutes and hope that works.PH between 6 and 7 is fine but 6.5 is optimal.

Ok mate thanks,I’m using biobizz organics, somethings gone wrong not sure what seems to be getting worse, a flush is going to have to to happen I think!

My run off ppm was around 1100/1200 which I didn’t think was major maybe I’ve built to much in the soil

If your using organics for nutes you shouldn't have lockout because there should not be any salt buildup but you should use some calcium. The plant doesn't look that bad and you will have some yellow leaves as she gets to maturity.

Ok mate, I do always put in 0.2 ml per litre of cal mag with every feed but maybe I’ll put that a bit

1ml/L is the usual dosage with RO or distilled water but what your yellowing looks like is low Mg. That could be because of lockout but may just be low Mg so some Epsom Salts from the chemist wouldn't hurt and may fix you up. 1tsp/4L would be plenty and add a little S which is always good come flowering time as it helps increase resin production. Both Mg and S are in big demand during later flowering so always handy to have Epsom Salts in your nutrient arsenal.
