OK I have been doing the pH and I just picked up a ppm meter. I will test those levels tonight also I must have typed the nutrients wrong I use this brand. Don't know if it will make much of a difference in your opinion but my local shop recommended it.A pH meter is critical in Coco a parts per million meter is important. For one thing your background water is going to have some nutrients in it no matter where you live. It's important to know how much nutrient I'm going to call them salts from now on or in your background water. Because, you're going to add salts and you're going to want to stay below a certain part per million level. Your nutrients are all mineral salts.

On the left side of your schedule you will see the part per million targets. That means with your background part per million and the nutrients you put in you don't want to exceed those maximum levels. I never achieve those maximum levels and I grow coco. I don't however, use that nutrient line. I've never actually heard of it before but it appears to be a good line.
So to answer your original question about those funky looking leaves down on the bottom of your plant. I think you've been a little underfed and those bottom leaves are where mobile nutrients will be stored at for use by the plant. It's good to have the plant using those nutrients in the lower leaves when your later in flower it's not so good when you're at the stage growth.
I believe you need to feed more and get good runoff. I'm a little hesitant to give you that advice without knowing more about your background water and your nutrient levels. But, that's the way it looks to me and I do grow in coco.
