Auto Seeds Yeatster does AutoSeeds with Berry Ryder & Sucker Punch

at first i need to say, very nice plants up to now! keep on going!

@TheMongol i read the whole thread. For your light question i maybe got an answer. The plants arent that tall atm but got big leafes. He also said that the P150 isnt the only light he is using so there is more PAR than the 350.
Next thing is if he stretches the plans for getting more width he can cover more surface where the 350 PAR hit. So at the end you got about 3 plants on the same space where he has 2. Thats why you go on more PAR for less space to equal his more space with less PAR. But in a way you are right because if you double the distance the "hitting" PAR gets divided by 4. Formula is ( I2 = I1 * (r1/r2)² ) [ I1 = intensity on distance r1 | I2 = intensity on distance r2] the only thing needed is a value on a certain distance and u can calculate for yourself.

cheers :)
Lowbob, I've been meaning to comment on this, as well. I try to keep seedlings at a good distance, 36" or so, and let the plants grow to the light. It saves the hassle of continuously raising lights, and seems to be doing okay. If I had a better understanding of lighting, with meters and such
4.5 actually.

Thanks very much dude.

Awesome progress Yeatster,

I like the Berry Ryder, The structure on our plants look pretty damned good. I also see the great structures on their other strains as well.

Peace

Thanks Eek, I agree, these are great genetics. I can't wait to see what happens next round, when there's a bit more room.
The Platinum 150 uses 50 watts in Veg and uses 87 watts in Bloom.
Really, so 137w total? I always use the veg and bloom together so I didn't even consider separate #' s. Thanks again Eek!

The Platinum 150 uses 50 watts in Veg and uses 87 watts in Bloom.

This is quoted from their website.

The P150 effectively replaces a conventional 250w HPS grow light while only consuming 87 watts of actual power, while giving your plants 100% USABLE light that is perfectly tuned to create maximum photosynthetic response.

"87 watts of actual power" equates to 87w.

The P150 is 87 total watts with both the VEG and BLOOM switches running. We always recommend running both switches during flowering.
Thanks Tom! I've always ran both switches during veg, and it's been great. Would one benefit running just veg swith, decreasing intensity?
