Nah you don't have to soak them. That makes them get their swell on and get soft for opening up. You can do what you did fine. Just keep it moist and humid. I feel kinda weird telling you about this. haha

Good one! I've always germ'd in Paper Towels and have had great success. I just felt inclined to try something different and a little more simple. Not that the PT method is complicated but something was just telling me to do it! LOL And I always go with my gut. :smokebuds:
It'll just take about a day longer, since you missed the ~twelve to twenty-four hr soak. But oh well. Keep 'em cozy warm and moist and they'll be good.

I have planted some bag seeds just messing around straight in, no soak and I got the same germ rates as I would in a paper towel. It took a couple more days that way to actually sprout, but that's expected.

Noods I've been doing the PT method for 6 years now and get really really good germ rates. But seeing how many people like Noods, Jackal, Killa (if I remember correctly) have such great germ rates and results doing it that way I wanted to try something new.

I have 3 updates to post. I'll start with the Dragon & Jem amazons. I was checking my home notes and the 3 Rogues weren't from Mossy's stock. They were from someone else. I think it's possible these aren't straight Duurty or Straight JEMS. I should have seen this a long time ago. I don't know why I was thinking these were the last I had from Mossy's stock... This brings things to a whole new light. Because I have 6 other Autos, all different strains, and they auto'd just fine and it's business as usual. It's only them 3 and my F1's that won't bud up unless being put to 12/12. I would assume this is to be expected with an F1 photo to auto cross...
In any event the 3 Amazons were put to 12/12 with my Buckeye Smash F1's (photo to auto cross). I'm adding 6 more strains to the auto cab this week. 4 are Dragon Hugger strains or crosses with Mossy's strains and the other 2 are my crosses.
I need to get some Autos back in my life!!!

I hear ya brother. I will have some autos in my life soon an some sick strains to boot

When you thought you had one rogue in one cross..it could have been an anomoly..hell there have been thousands out..strange thing happen..
But..
when I saw you had rogues in more than one cross...:no:..then it is almost an impossibility.
But..I'm glad you got it sorted...now you need to find out What they are crossed with...so we know Who they are.
The Good news is..you have been really revving the fluff out of them on your lights pattern..so switched to 12/12 or outdoor..they should just WOOOOOOF....

rest asure rebel my jem stock has had 10 random germs all auto'd and 6/10 female in straight ffof and out of 6 i had 2 big pheno 18" and 21" both were in the jem multi-pot
the other 2 were autoxauto so those should be good to can't wait to see what they turn out to be the parents couldn't look any different so should be easyer to pick which parent is dom can't guarantee any color but the la diva had slight color at the end. but the males i don't know both had leaf stem color. but you know they both got dragon blood in um
