winter seed run

Cool thread !

might I ask you about reversing your female with C S will the offspring then be all female ?

And how long do you run your CS on that battery powered generator ?

I will stay tuned.

Merry Christmas

What we are doing is making the female plant produce pollen sacs. Then taking that "female" pollen and pollinating a fem plant. The seeds produced from that produce "feminised" seeds. A higher rate of fem seeds.. vs "regs". I've read that there can still be a male out of the bunch of fem seeds.. depends of stress in germ or early stages of growth of the plant.. but that's a whole other topic.. lol..

I check it ever couple of hours.. When I clean the rods up.. here's mine going right now.. I added an air stone, the first batch was contaminated. . There are a lot of really nice in depth guides here. . Different ways of doing it kind of thing. I just took what worked for me. And definitely help from kaos. .
Hope that helps..

Thanks much!

That sure is a easy simple generator you have there.

I just built one using a 7.5 volt charge and was going to make my first batch soon and try reversing a couple plants that I just started.

I was wondering how long would need to let it brew to get a quart that will be PP correct to reverse a plant I don't have a meter to test it. do have a laser to check it if that could show something.

Mole, I'm having issues with reversing a couple plants. I'm beginning to think its the genetics i'm working with but could you describe your CS when it is finished please? Particularly, is it clear or amber? Does it sparkle with the laser or it a beam like a light saber? Do you use a TDS meter on it? How do you know when its cooked long enough? Thanks for any info.

Hey there Aku.. I'm still newer at making it. The cs should be clearish. . Both mine turned amber. I think my rods are messed up or something. . I use a tds meter. . Should be around 30 ppms. If over that you can dilute till its in the right range. I kept checking every couple hours when you clean off the rods, if the ppms are in range your done. I don't have a laser top check that way. But they say of you see the little silver floating around your good too. How that helps[emoji4]

Thanks much. I think the darker stuff may be ok as long as its not blackish. I did put mine through a coffee filter though. I'm thinking both the clear and dark will work if the plants will tolerate it, as long as it has stable genetics. This is what its come down to, if the plants genes are wonky, it won't act right anyway regardless of what you're spraying on it.
Thanks again, all good karma for your grows!
