New Grower Will An AutoFlower Recover (Also Posted in Hospital)

Earthmomma, I'm subing in, I have a couple THC Bomb seeds waiting for their turn. Looking forward to your grow. Good luck. They look like they could use some more nitrogen to me, they should be a more dark green, but it may just be because of light or photo.:goodluck:

That is the consensus. So do I go 100% with the nutes? How do I get more nitrogen in there?

I think you, me, and 1 other person (that I've read of) have THC Bomb. I am hoping for purple buds!!

I went back to see what nutes your using, the 15-30-15 is more of a flowering mix. You can buy nutes on-line that are specific for cannabis and from my experience is worth the cost. I started out with vegetable ferts and now that I started using the cannabis nutes, there is no camparison, the cannabis nutes are way better. I use Advanced Nutrients Jungle Juice 2-part and really like the nutes. Other brands are available that I'm sure are just as good. Look around as to what others on this forum are using.

For vegetative growth, you need a higher nitrogen fert like 30-15-15. After your girls stop stretching, then switch to the higher phos fert like 15-30-15. These vegetable ferts do work, but with limited success compared to the cannabis nutes. Watch your pH, most of these vegetable ferts are not produced with the purest of materials and can build up rather quickly.

Earthmomma, I too hope to get some purple buds. My current grow is two Red Poision for Sweet Seeds. Red Poision is supposed to give about 80% of the phenotypes to purple up. I figure at 80%, if I plant two I surely would get a purple, NOT!!:slaps: I even got two different phenos, one indica dominate and one sativa dominate, and neither gave me the purples. My next go is going to be Afgan Purple Kush, should be the ticket I hope.:woohoo:

Yep. I've read where some have used the 15/30/15 throughout their entire growth, but most of what I read says this food is better for flowering. I will be buying and changing a few things with my next grow. Thanks!!

Of course the pictures I've seen of THC Bomb are purple, but I guess it's like a perfect picture of a Big Mac. You never get what's in the picture.

I've read that cooler dark time temps help bring out some purple. Never got a purple yet, so really don't know if it's true. You may give it a try if you have a way to regulate your temps accordingly. It's always fun to try something new.:Sharing One:

It's not possible in my state unless I set the AC to 50 degrees!!

Well I wanted to see what was going on and since I can't see I have to take pictures. I figured I'd post some. The autos are 5 weeks today.
