Photography why is my auto so big n the photo so small same age

don't know what i am doing wrong . why is she so small when they were born the same time? 001.jpg one strain is a photo cheese dinafem freebie [short one] n the other is sugar mango ryder[tall one] same age!

Looks like the Auto gets more sun :)
 
Node spacing looks a lot tighter on the photo plant. I'd say it is the height of the light. I'm guessing that since the auto was in the smaller pot, it was farther away from the light, so stretched more. If the node spacing were the same on the two plants the photo would be a lot taller.

do you think i should move the tall one to the outside n put the small one directly under where the tall one is now?
 
Okay, must be the perspective then as the photo pot looks bigger in the picture. But the node spacing is still tighter on the photo, so I still think it was the height of the light over the plant. Or it could just be that strain.

Has the photo received more water than the auto? Or maybe the photo just isn't drinking water as fast which is not allowing for proper wet/dry cycles, which means the roots don't have to reach deep down for water, which could possibly inhibit vertical growth. Or as mentioned by others, it could be just a short phenotype. You could try and intentionally stretch her out a bit
