New Grower White widow autofem XTRM CFL closet grow

Pop22 and others will say it's a waste of time, and they have come really compelling science behind why it may or may not make a difference to flush plants before harvest.

However, the majority of people here flush 5-10 days before harvest and have stellar results (coincidence? I have no idea, I'm a noob), but I think I'm going to flush a week before my harvests like most people.

From what I've read and you probably know all this, but just in case... use 2-3 times the amount of pH'd water of what you're growing in and slowly pour it through the pot into something to collect/drain it. Saw one guy using an old unused beach cooler on wheels so it's easy to tote around when done to empty. During the flush, it should get a little clearer by the end of the flush as the "idle" nutes/salts come out.

:vibe: Looking good man! Just go with the flow.

look at that green!, she didn't run out of N. When mine are this green at harvest time I'm like......less nitro next time.
Abs. Hoe. Lute. Leigh!

They're clawing. I think it's due to the urea. Aaaaaaaannnnnnd all the other stuff with nitrogen I stuffed up her root trellis.

I feel bad because it seems I ask advice and do my own anyway. I am receptive to advice!, I need to learn to heed it more betters

I do all soil and organic stuff, I have to reel myself in, always want to give em too much
At the top, you'll see I builterred my own terra. And then general garden store nutes.

ONE LESSON I'VE LEARNT TALL REDI: too much nitro!! Especially with slow release.

I'm going to re-build my soils for my nectar for the gods/my turbo grow (everything I've got (learned from reading), vs an actual nutrient line. I think my properties pen is wacky/zonkey (for the proper inglesh speekerzz) as it keeps reading my TDS in PPT(rillion), even after I've mixed the nutes in........ Goingta need help with'at.

I agree with @pop22. The myth started with misunderstanding yellowing of leaves most likely. people think the minerals in the leaves are somehow disappearing, when in reality they are being reabsorbed by active areas of the plant, the buds. So to think that flushing leads to less nutrients in the buds, and therefor better taste, cannot be true. If you want to remove minerals from the plant without reabsorption, just cut off the leaves rather than flush.

edit: It's advised to leave leaves on during flower stages, because that is where the hormone florigen is created before going to the mersistems and creating girl parts....
