Indoor Which one do you recommend?

Ceramic metal halide. It's 315 watts but @ 43% efficient and a full spectrum bulb. They are badass in veg and also add tons of color in flower.

They just have the 70w versiin here, and in two forms: cdm, cdo anybody has an idea about the difference?

I've read a handful of people say auto ultimate is not potent. Has me not wanting to grow it next.

Im smoking it right now and is not a one hit, but 3 hit is ok and enough long lasting,skunk and citrus taste.
What do you suggest instead? I need quality AND quantity
