After spending way too much time on way too many forums researching lights, I finally ended up going with Kingbrite (on Alibaba). I know it's a Chinese company and all the opinions around it, but based on everything I have read, they seem to be the best bang for the buck. I got the QB288 version with Samsung LM301H leds without the red lights along with 2 strips of QB11 (each strip has 11 Cree XP2 leds of 660nm and 730nm combined) each drawing 25W, so the full setup will be around 280 to 290W. This is for a 2 feet by 4 feet grow area.
An interesting factoid that came out during my research: if you get just the white leds, the panel has 576 LM301H leds driven by their 240W Meanwell driver, but if you opt for the panel with 660nm leds, the panel has just 504 LM301H leds and 16 660nm (Cree or Epistar) leds, which means you are losing a lot more of white light for a little bit of red light.
The advantage of going with a separate red (660nm) + far red (730nm) panel is that you can control it independent of the main QB288 panel and you end up with 40 to 50W extra draw when you are running it. I was thinking of getting the UV panel too (395nm), but based on what I have read so far, LG leds which Kingbrite provides aren't that good and you might be better off going with a fluorescent lamp at this time - UVA (320nm to 400nm) has the least negative impact to both humans and plants, so safest to keep them on for longer durations during the last few weeks of flowering. UVB on the other hand is still up in the air (way too many opinions not based on strong data) and knowing very well that it is orders of magnitude more harmful to both plants and humans, best to stay away from it for the time being (this is strictly my opinion, not fact
)
Good luck with picking your lights!
