Some things to consider:

You can not please all of the people all of the time so if a website has no negative reviews for their vaporizers. Then they are simply Liars. Such a liar is vapor Nation I've posted a few negative reviews wordef in appropriate fashion and they wouldn't post them. In fact if you look closely they don't post it any at all.

Nearly all vaporizers are sourced from China therefore the wrong place to buy a vaporizer is eBay. The correct place to buy a vaporizer is directly from the manufacturer.

When I make a purchase from a manufacturer for the first time I send a request to their support website. It will be something along the lines just seeing if you answer this in a timely fashion because I'm considering buying your product. If they don't answer me I obviously don't buy. Those that I've chosen to do business with not only answer you right back, like davinci, and they'll give you a coupon code to buy from their website. Make sure you get the best price.
 
Okay its Sunday and as promised here's a butter run

First I set up my filter station and still, I already placed 3 pint jars of weed in the freezer and also 2 fifths everclear.

I prefer half gallon jars. I would have liked unbleached filters, but I live in a small town.

For this run I'm using a jar of one or more years old weed from the bottom of my chest freezer. I weighed it at 45 grams and inspected the contents to find dried, manicured and heavily seeded with tiny seeds, cured bud. I usually process an ounce of fire per pound of butter, in this case i decided to do 45 grams for a pound of butter.

I divide 45 grams of weed between 3 pint jars and froze them over-nite I then wash each jar with frozen everclear for 3 minutes. I have found 3 minutes gets nearly all the trichomes and very little other stuff. Waxes, lipids, chlorophyll.

After 3 minutes it goes into the screen filter

Wash [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] fits nicely in two filters

I then start wash [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] and while [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] is in the screen wring out filters from [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] into another filter and jar.

After that I poor [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] into my pitcher and cap it, then I put wash [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] into the paper filters

I repeat this process and end up waiting for the [HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG] wash to finish filtering while I wash the dishes and put them in the washer.

I mark my level on the pitcher to give me an idea of cook time and empty contents in the still with my butter.

Total time 25 minutes washing and getting into the still. I distilled it down in one hour and 10 minutes which was less time than i took me to upload photos and write this installment

The etoh has been distilled out and the butter allowed to cool about 15 minutes, i usually cool about 5 minutes i find the water is separated better in the pot. That's part of the attraction of this process it makes water separation from the butter very easy.

I will be attempting a run very shortly, I have only a little (375ml) of grain alcohol so I think I'll try maybe 10 to 12 grams of popcorn buds from this years harvest and see how it goes. I have the jars just need coffee filters, hoping I can get at it maybe Sunday. And last tips for my first attempt guys?

Make sure your bud is bone dry before you put it in the jars. Then you also want to put your alcohol in the freezer and bud in the freezer at least overnight.

I like to break my buds up a little bit by hand some people grind, the more you mess with them when they're dry the more stuff you end up with in your final product.

Yes ,what @jingo says about dry buds is true,rhe dryer the better,somewhere back in this thread i covered oven drying( not decarbing) at low heat for 30 minutes to get as much moisture out as possible.this is an option i dont use 100% of the time,but CO has really low humidity anyway..as far as grinding,dont do it, it will cause the oil to be dark and more fines will make it thru the filter,chopped works best..i only wash one time and save the remains for a different thpe of hash because there is still good stuff in it....if ys need any help,im always around,good luck,be safe,and post results, dab porn!!!!

If ya follow the tips in the threads you'll be fine,non bleached filters,wet them first,wash and work quickly,dont overheat the oil

So I made some brownies this morning using that butter from the run on Sunday and we'll boy was I wrong. I thought it was probably going to be weak because it was seaded so I went and used I believe 40 grams. When I licked out the bowl thst I made the brownies in, about 10 minutes later, I was wondering if I made a mistake. I could really feel it! Later my wife cut the brownies up to put them in the fridge and she ate the crumbs out of the pan and she was still high 3 hours later..

So I can safely cut that butter and half next time when I go to make brownies.
