Thanks @pop22 and @jingo ,what you guys are saying makes perfect sense and if i have to contact a few different companies to get the best for each intended use i will do that..I was cruisin thru some pages on my lunch break yesterday and seen a desktop model for the first time..Im way behind on this industry...

The metal path has nothing to do with it at all. Stainless steel is about as inert as a metal can be. Ther is no possible way for it to affect flavor. Must be some other design flaw.

But if you feel that matters then, there's another plus for the DaVinci Ascent. Ceramic oven, all glass airpath, easy to clean, awesome flavor! Haven't owned a Haze but have used one. Too bad it has issues.

I've got the Pinnacle and the Pinnacle pro. waste of money, only fair vapor production.

And DaVinci has a new vape out, may want to look at that!

Well now you're going to have a real problem deciding what kind of vaporizers are good. You see I was trying to figure out what would meet your criteria and about the only thing I could think of was The DaVinci ascent. Since that's an older vaporizer I was debating even mentioning it.

I thought instead that I tell you the ones that are newer that I don't like or that I do like.

First off I think the haze vaporizer is a piece of s***. I had mine may be two weeks before I threw it away. The battery chargers are such a poor quality charger that I rapidly lost the ability to have any more than one use of a single battery. There is no thernal isolation like they talk about if you load one chamber with flowers by the time you vape that chamber the other chamber is going to be brown. I don't like being lied to when I purchase something. Both Chambers are quite small which makes it unsuitable for medical use in my opinion. They also claim the ability to switch between the cool convection draw and the warmer conduction draw. There is absolutely no temperature difference between either one.

Of the new vaporizers that I purchased I like the Pax 2 it's very small very, very stealth, easy to charge and has probably the largest bowl of all the portables I've tried that I've tried. The only drawback is it doesn't taste really great because of the metal chamber.

When I get the time I'll break down a list of what I tried and what I figure the benefits of each are. I will group them by entry-level mid-level and spending outrageously too much money.

@arty zan had mentioned the grasshopper,i looked at a review, has a sleek design,if i rember right they are about 199$.Ill look at the da vinci more in depth

haha im looking for a decent tabletop Vape for my house that can do Wax and Dry herb cna anyone point me in the right direction? ive seen the Volcanoes but was wondering if there is anything a little cheaper that works as good or if thevolcano is the way to go i will save soe money up and get one of them... im thnking either a tabletop vape or another mars reflector 192 for x mas :frog:

Have to agree on the pinnacle pro, another one I binned right from the start and have avoided pens altogether.

Liked artist solo, batties won't last a medical user a year and are a pain to replace, but still good value.

I'm with my wife at the doctor's more later.

The Vapir Rise does concentrates and herbs.
It also does balloons and whip.
Is around half the price of a Volcano.

I have the VapeXhale Cloud Evo, it is not cheap but it is amazing!
It is a convection vape so you get the best flavors but it doesn't do balloons.
It does do dry herb and concentrates.
