Extraction Where's all the eth extractors?

@budelee yep you might be right, the jars with trim in stayed in the freezer till needed BUT not the ec.
The entire process took about 10 minutes to do but you are right about the ec, hmmmm
Oh and cannot get dry ice here but can do ice water because i have bubble bags.
Just didnt feel like the time and mess.
Next time wont be for a month or more till next harvest .
I havent even tried it yet.
It does look better after heating it more like you said.
Never had to do that before but with that amount of ec, who knows
Next time will be smaller batches.

Heres how the third pan ended,and just like anticipated was dry as dust,could be smoked as is...but

i scraped it up

put in the "caviar" dish ..added some eth and stirred( not shaken)

the "chunks" are pieces of bud from the last caviar run..sun will finish the work....

All good bro...heres whats left of the two bowls of bud from rhe DIH...this is the reason why it should be worked quickly and methodically cause once it starts turning to dust plant matter will make it thru the 73 mic bag as well....peace guys...this wraps up another "pull" for the week..ill start planning for next week..maybe a RSO capsule attempt...

Alot of what your experiencing as an end result with 200% proof ethenol has many variables. You can get In my opinion some of the most unique captures of fresh resin off of a live plant. Or an exquisite plant that had been long cured can be like nectar. Imagine the live terpenes on your plant being liquified and n stored fresh in a resin. You can with very short amounts of time get oil to be glass like but honestly the more live smelling ones with the most flavanoids and terpenes in your dab of some organically grown herb. The high of them is so defined and usually very unique. But you can send me your ethenol and I will love you =p haha. Nice to meet you

kleen extract cant produce shatter, they claim its 200 proof but my 190 proof everclear does a better job. both are ethanol made from corn so i dont really get it. taste wise and smoke wise alcohol beats butane in my opinion,

Meh I would say that makes a marginal difference, but that is just me guessin

if you dont put it in the freezer you will pull more plant matter, the colder the weed and alcohol the more trichomes extracted

Its like i always say "'those who do not know,smoke BHO" not to hate on them tho,there is good and bad in everything and i still do some bho ocassionally

After about an hour of the fan blowing over it,the humidity/water content in the air being pulled into the eth has turned the eth a milky color,and there are small dark spots in the pan,pic may not be the best ,but is this how yours looked @oldcoot ? mine looked like that, thats the water evaporating with little grain alcohol remaining, you guys are making some great concentrate keep it up!
