I have tied down a few branches on one of my plants. I was wondering if and at what point do I untie them?

I've never untied mine. Once they start seriously flowering, they pull the ties out anyhow lol at least mine did...haha

Not until you cut them, unless you need to move wires etc as your LST progresses.

Be careful and monitor the growth. I had a couple of branches break because the lst tie kept it down while it grew too much and the branch tore at the base where it meets the stem.

I had that happen yesterday. A branch broke right at the tie spot. I untied the rest of them just in case. Thanks for the replies everyone. Still learning the basics yall been a lot of help.

Hey guys I havnt started my grow journal yet but will soon just wanted to share what I do to lst my plants instead of tying. I use the scrog method its worked really well for me. This is my pineapple punch, she is 4 weeks, 5 days old and just started to preflower at all the nodes so she has a good amount of growth left.
