At least 15 detainees in an anti-drug operation in Gipuzkoa
The operation, which is still open, began yesterday in San Sebastián, where agents from the Armed Institute searched the warehouse of a well-known company specialized in the sale of marijuana seeds and cultivation products.

At least 15 people have been detained by Civil Guard agents in an anti-drug operation carried out by this police force in Gipuzkoa, according to sources from the investigation.

The operation, which is still open, began yesterday in San Sebastián, where agents from the Armed Institute searched the warehouse of a well-known company specialized in the sale of marijuana seeds and cultivation products.

These sources have specified that the operation is being carried out due to the possible commission of crimes against public health, criminal organization and money laundering.

During the whole day yesterday, the agents inspected the premises of the aforementioned company, located at number 83, Calle Portuetxe in San Sebastián, where a device of four Civil Guard SUVs and several camouflaged vehicles moved.

The police operation, initiated by order of the Central Court of Instruction number 6 of the National High Court, has been carried out mainly in Gipuzkoa, although some action has also been carried out in Navarra.

The action continues open, so the court maintains the summary secret.
Thanks @damien50. One wonders exactly what laws are believed to have been contravened, and whether this action reflects a revised approach to the industry. It is possible that Spain is under pressure from other countries fed up with what they view as an illegal seed supply.

That's a possibility considering how thorough customs has been in acquiring seed orders in transit. Could be looking for a scapegoat?

My Seedsman order is nearing 4 weeks old with no show yet... Be a shame to lose it and end up trapped with TNSB.

Ya it's very sad. :(

I'm still a newbie but I've had 100% germination of my dinafem autos and they've all done well inspite of my newbie mistakes on my first few grows including white widow XXL, blue critical, cheese xxl. I still have 3 cookies auto and critical 2.0 waiting for my next grow.

I hope they recover

Plan "b"...
Order seeds from the UK .
They're preoccupied with the cv19 situation.
The Spaniards were the worst hit with cv19.
They have better things to tend to now,....like going after pot seed warehouses.

Just say'n

Patience is good for growing, and, it seems, for waiting for seeds. We shall see. I have some other seeds left from Mephisto if the new ones do not show up. TSNB has treated me well in the past, but their stock and freebies don't even come close to Seedsman. So, I wait.

Maybe the recent absurd high price of some strains has something to do with it? :pass:
Oh an it seems it was not just Dina but also HSO and LaMota. Hope it all turns out well.

Spain is a super tricky place to do cannabis related business. It's legal to have both seeds and plants if it's for personal use. You can cultivate for personal use, but cultivating seeds/plants with the intent to sell them is illegal in most (if not all) regions of Spain.

I've never understood why we're paying more from tnsb. As compared to European prices.
And, pot is illegal in most EU countries.
There's something I'm obviously not seeing.
