Indoor what size AIR POT??

hey everyone im gonna try air pots this time and was wondering what size i should get?? I know u can use smaller pots when using air pots also for no rot bounding happening...

I really like the 3L and 5L air pots. I can get 9 3L air pots in a 2x2 for growing short phenos really easy

How much are u able to get from those plants only using 3L or 5L pots??
