My tent is getting filled fast.so i have two beast of plants 1stone dragon two weeks away from chop been directly under light but also have a kush n ch 6 weeks starting to flower up nicely has nice side lighting but little overhead.going to rearange tonite....have a few smaller plants also but between the two who should be getting the sweet spot undèneath the main light

How large of a light are we talking and what type? Tent size and size of plants?

Tents only 5ft plant grew to 4ft kush n ch and is only been flowing for 2.5weeks in corner of tent many 42watt cfl hanging around (7) only one mars reflector 150wt over head with another 24w led kinda strerched right up to the led......stone dragon 3.5ft tall full of buds 11.5weeks old gonna let go to 13/14......was wondering who needed the led more right now????
Does the plant 12 weeks who has established swellin buds need it or the plant trying to build its flower???

Answer being both need it but who if only one can get in the sweet spot of my tent

Well you need light everywhere for both obviously as you already know. I would hit the plant that is near done and do everything I could to give both of them something. As for your question the plant that is about to finish then direct everything to the six week plant. Personally Next grow I would either stick one big plant in there or learn how to LST along with a top or two. I only say this because I filled my 4x4x6 tent to the max with three and it makes it hard . Sometimes fewer plants in a space that small will give you more in the end so you don't have to choose a plant, Plants need some room to stretch and breathe it also cuts the chance of moister build up and that can lead to rot. I hope it works out for you.

I usually do four in one gal pots......then this round since they allways stayed pretty small i decided to do two in 2 gal pots....wow what a difference in size....think i wont go back to one gal and stick with two 2gal....was considering putting one outside in the fla sun but undecided

Ok gotcha I see why you have that number in a small space. I went for three 5 gal in a 4x4 tent and they exploded leaving me really no room height or width.
I will never do that again,as a matter of fact to really max that tent out try a scrog . For myself personally I am learning with tent growing that it isn't so much of just saying I am doing 3 of these in 5 gal pots. It is about maximizing by picking a good strain and finding through different styles on how to maximize that space. I would put some outdoors in Florida for sure, throw it in a 5 gal and you will see what the jump can be if grown in a good environment. Peace...

Thats funny cause i really only been buying strains that say small.....but the kush n ch looked so good and said medium height....well i now no what they mean by medium height....really didnt think about the 150centimeter size they gave it but took out the tape measure n that aint small foshore...

With that much light I would only grow 1 plant at a time. Even under my 250 HPS it is best for 1 plant. Its not tell you get over that amount of light that I think multiple plants are a good idea. I use to try and grow multiple plants under my smaller lights but found the quality went up and the grows were easer if I just grew one good plant in a large pot. Even with my 4 foot 8 bulb T5 I got best results with only 2 plants under that light and this is with dwarf autos. With my 600 HPS I am only growing 2 plants at a time but it is due to the space. After I get a tent I will still only be growing 4 dwarf autos under it at a time. They say dwarf but if you put them in the right environment they will produce good for ya.
