From the pic it looks like slight tip burn what medium is your plant in ect some more info would help you get a better diagnosis

Im just using compost from my local store and feed 0.5ml bio grow and 0.5ml top max ?

Too soon to tell, tip yellowing is pretty generic symptom,... This isn't in soil, just straight compost?
Better get the in-pot pH checked; you'll need a good soil pH probe made for this specifically. The ACCURATE 8 (CPW) is a nice unit, but avoid the cheapo skinny probe/multi-meter types, they suck!

Compost is NOT soil mate, a component yes, but by itself is not suitable as a lone medium,...
