Update - added 1000w removed 90w just not enough room

So on the big plant i notice some really white kinda fluffy root good bad?

They were above the soil im guessing it happened last top feed. Have covered.

The problem i have the tents 6 foot height. Obviously thats a restriction how do you guys combat light burn when the plants start to stretch? Is this where Lst comes into play.

I think I found a spot between Supacroppin' and LST. If they are putting on inches a day, I have found the new growth to be pliable. I have done almost 90° gentle persuasion.

No more dodgy leaves all new growth looks great.

Any Recommendations? The bigger of the two is reallll bushy hard to see anything should i be removing some leaves?as some of the cola sites are blocked.

I do a lot of defoliation, most plants seem to tolerate it pretty well. It's not something that's good to do if you have wild swings in your temperatures or environmental conditions and feed schedules, excetera. So basically if you're not causing your plants in the other stresses, go ahead and take off some big fan leaves. I always go for the most bang for the buck, meaning the fans that are covering the most Bud sites. You don't have to take off more than one or two from a plant and then you can watch for two or three days to see how it responds, usually they respond real well with rapid growth from the uncovered Bud sites.
