Week 11 Day 81 for my competition Blueberry Cheezecake and also my Root Beer Float
My What the Fuck plant is @ day 71 if my math is mathin’ lol
Everything’s looking beautiful in the grow tent had a few yellowing leaves on the WTF but nothing too bad. Cleaned all the plants up a little bit this afternoon.
For those that have followed my grow diaries in the past, you know that I don’t allow any slackers in my grow tent(s) so the Hellhound just wasn’t going to make the team. Just never could get anything out of it size wise and I ain’t got time to be drying and trimming little popcorn nuggets lol. I’m almost 100% positive it was that purple 5gallon bucket because I’ve had issues with it in the past and the GroBucket insert doesn’t quite fit right in the bottom of that bucket, for whatever reason. There was very little roots established. That bucket will be used for potatoes now .
Anyways on to the good stuff
The BBC is showing a lot of amber IMO and not sure I’m gonna make it to 4/20 with it lol. It’s really heavy and smells amazing. I’ll probably figure out some way to tie up the colas tomorrow.
The RBF has been showing some really cool purple color in the leaves. Just a beautiful plant and quite large.
The WTF is just massive and sucking up the water as fast as I can add it.
Side note my sweet wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and we’ve been attending a ton of appointments and actually spent all fay at the chemo center yesterday for her first (of 6) treatments. I say all this because their last water was Monday the 27th and today they were all needing water but the WTF was like bone dry !! I mean it was very light lol. Also I mention it because we could use all the good vibes and positive thoughts/prayers y’all can spare.
My focus has been on my family and trying to hold it all together. Hadn’t even been in the tent since Monday so some photos are just the security camera shots.
I made up a 12v on demand water pump system (like in RV’s) so I can water straight from the mix bucket to the plants in the tent without much effort and bending (I’m old and broken lol )
I gave all 3 enough to hit the runoff hole and will go back here in about an hour and hit them again just to be safe.
I went crazy with the feed also and ended up with an EC of 2.0, PPM 990 and PH 6.3.

Comp Plant - Double Bubble Blueberry Trouble
Still drinking 2 gallons every 2-3 days, still kicking out flowers and still a good amount of clear trichs. We power on but I'm getting antsy.

Just doing her thing and buds are fattening up. Although she now looks further along than her sister, there is still a fair amount of clear trichs so we forge ahead

After defoliation… still more to go but my fingers got too sticky. Smell is similar to root beer but I would maybe place it closer to cream soda, and not the normal New England cream soda but the obnoxious red cream soda you find out west

Well here is day 82 for Cream Cheese. Not gonna look pretty so pic with final card and plant pic best I can get as I only have so much space and can’t pull out of tent till I just start chopping branches. Had an issue with the water valve in tray so fan leaves started to be used up. Will make for easy clean up. Have another tent setup to hang dry. @Jean-O take this as final and will fully be cut down Friday.

Well, WMD will produce for me, but definitely my least healthy plant to date. It will give me a good opportunity to try making RSO and/or glycerine tincture.

Cream Cheese @Day 85 is nearing the end, just because i guess the universe requires balance, she is my best plant to date, lol

All o' y'all's girls are looking gorgeous! It's day 84 for WTF #3, 12 weeks old, and she needs more time. I've been plucking leaves that were shading buds, but the canopy is still way dense. Starting to see a little fade (or maybe nute burn?). I have been maxing out the nutes to see if I can hurry her along, as there's only 2 weeks left in this ThunderDome. For scale, the black poster-board backdrop is 40"w x 32"h:

Week 13 is here and I'm just picking my time to do the deed.

Comp Plant - Double Bubble Blueberry Trouble
Slowing down on the water up take but still kicking out a few flowers and still a good amount of orange hairs. I'll let her go a few more days before I chop her. No later than next week I think. I'm never sure when I want to harvest. It ends up being whenever it's most convenient for me vs. when I think she is really done.

She's going to want to go a couple days longer than the Double Bubble I think but that's ok. She'll have the big tent to herself for a week.

Day 91 week 13 Root Beer Float has been harvested. She is hanging upside down in a clammed tent, hoping for a 7-10day dry down. Maybe sample her for 420

Her roots, 20+ worms came up when I pulled the roots so I ripped all the smaller roots off the main tap and left them to feed the worms
