You will decarb when you make your mix.The heat pressing wont decarb enough?

That clears up a bunch! I decarb for butter all the time, just wasn't understanding the decarb for vapes. The thread that describes the hot plate I bought for the purpose of decarbing also works at the lower temperature to mix the Liquefy and rosin; the link to which is in my signature is titled "Hot Plate for Decarb"
The 30 minutes at 200° suggested by MassTerpenes.com is to incorporate the Liquefy into the rosin it will not fully decarb the rosin as demonstrated in this graph. The final decarb is in the cartridge.

Too many variables to state what voltage to run your carts you just need to play around until you find the sweet spot. Problem is by then you are too wasted to remember what you didMy experience with oils is from many decades ago (here in the U.S.) dealing ozs. of then often ether or hexane--extracted (supposedly) honey and red oils from The Netherlands. Oils are sticky, hard to handle, a major pain to dispense.
How do all you oil makers handle the oil (other than adding liquifiers, and even then, how do you deal with it)? Do you heat it to reduce thickness and tackiness? How do you actually cleanly fill cartridges? Do you use small funnels, any special tools?
Also, I have a variable voltage vape pen, 3.3-4.5 volts. 3.5 has been working well for me with commercial terpene-flavored distillate. What voltage is generally recommended? Should one hit (inhale) these vape pens as soon as turned on (seems to work OK that way) or allow for pre-heating (how long)?
I use a shot glass and a hot plate to heat it up and then add the terpenes. I use a blunt syringe to transfer everything from the shot glass to the cartridge. Awesome. I just want to build this section and show people what can be done.@Ripper I'll get some things together and do a step by step photo guide to how I make my carts. I may not be able to get to it untill this weekend I'm going to need to spend some time at the press for some rosin but I'll get it done for ya
I add no Terps into my carts I use a low temp product almost shale like. Terp preservation is enough for desired flavor. I do not make carts often usually only upon special request of a patient. I've tried adding Terps but anyone who has tried them prefers without they say it ruins the canna flavor. I do have a few patients who ask for 3/4 full carts so they can add some vape juice or their own to cover the smell. I'm assuming they partake in public.Awesome. What terpenes do you use?
