Hello they look a bit leggy you might want to lower or turn up your light i would wait a bit before lst they look a bit small at the momment i dont start lst untill i have toped my plants 5 node
This is when i start lst this is day 14

Wow that's a pretty plant ill give them longer then ill update them here lowered the light as I don't have one that can change the power thanks again always super fast to reply a true gentleman

Hello if you have a iphone there is a good app for checking PPFD and DLI its called photone i use it it helps a lot

I don't see any reason why you can't do LST, bending the plant down, as early as it can actually be done, as soon as you have a few branches starting to form.

After much trial and error, I start training my autos when I get a fairly mature 5th node.
This works in my grow environment. Good luck.
