Those burnt tips on the leaves u have and been getting since day one looks like "Hot" soil...What kinda soil did u use was it soil that has slow release fertilizers in it?
Over fertilizing can slow growth very quick

Its an organic mix from an local Nursery.
Not to sure of whats in it but PH seems to be good watered some soil in a separate pot and ph was 6.4 so not to worried at this moment."

Just seen this in your first post which i totally missed but it still can be from a hot soil even if its organic if its a local mix sometimes the soil isn't cooked long enough and the organic ingredients still haven't broken down which can cause fertilizer burn. People say u can get fertilizer burn with organic but if the organic matter isn't broken down correctly it can cause burn. Can u give me a idea of the ingredents in the local organic soil u are using?
