Live Stoner Chat WE ARE NOT ALONE!

Looking at the sky with optical aid for more than 60 years. and the other night, for the first time while looking at the moon, I saw something move through the field of view that i would have classified as a satellite. BUT there was two of them flying in tandem. :yoinks: satellites DO NOT MOVE IN TANDEM! i do believe i saw my first AV's. :goauto: we detect them (whoever) much more often. not because they are exposing themselves.
everybody has a camera on there phone, and the military has a big gain in the quality of there sensors.

I believe you saw them. The time is drawing nearer for Earth to split off into the 4th dimension so they our space friends are here to help those who are positive and ask for help in these times.

@JM. :bighug: glad to hear your back in the fold. NO money so i bought a Chinese radio, a Anytone at 6666 a ten meter rig
cheap. but adequate. and a mobile antenna to get on the air. they made it super easy to open it up. menu driven . press two buttons as you turn on radio and it opens from just 10 meters to 25. 555 to 30.000 Mhz. Lots of ladies Huh! you stud muffin. :crying:

Very broke so it will be a while before a base antenna. even with the wilson 5000 i have worked from Austria to South Africa from west coast to south America. the DX god is on my shoulder. :woohoo1: BTW this is your fault JM. :cuss: jus kidden.
I accep full irresponsibility! :crying:

Oh yeah Anytone makes some cheap decent rigs.. Have a few friends with those rigs.. they lolove them!

BUILD an tenna my friend.. You don't need to buy! I can probably find a few easy build models for you if you like...
a vertical groundplane whip is pretty easy to make.. good takeoff angle...

I hear you on the no money... and yeah... 2 button mods are easy compared to popping diodes out eh? :)

OK.. well now I have to get my anteena straightened out.. I am moving that project up the priority list..

cheers my friend!

And yes, planet earth is heading for the 4th dimension.. by bye wold "leaders"... grab your ankles! :crying:

@JM. OH yes ! i have plenty of antenna plans. If, and that's a big IF she who must be obeyed is already giving me a hard time about ANY antenna.
she not happy already. if it was ok with her I would rebuild my 4 element horizontal yagi. 4 inch box beam with 1 inch radials.
worked the world on 1 watt. love QRP operations. But she would kill me with that much metal in the air. :oops1:
working Europe every morning. but keep being told i am at the back of the box. I may put up a random length long wire.
i have a MFJ 949e tuner. had two of them before, so i know how to tune to a wet piece of Spaghetti.

Ahh yes I know that routine.... Well hopefully you can erect something discreet that won't upset her too much...
Nice I have a 969 Tuner... Yeah... wet spaghetti works great... but you need an irrigation system to keep it wet! lol
Well, either way looking forward to playing some airtime with you over the winter!

Great to see you!!

I remember "back in the day" .. if a member had a bad vibe and getting pissy and botanically "technical" ... we'd be like ... "Send them to JM!"
:bighug:

We lost all of our reps in the meltdowns over the years, but you should have at least 100k :d5:

Well thank you too Mr Magoo! I don't need to be treated like a celebrity though.. as far as I'm concerned you are all good old friends and that means a lot more to me! cheers!
Oh yeah, used to love educating and stomping trolls! :crying:

Interesting, we used something similar for accurate elevation data when I worked for an engineer.... that stuff is really cool technically, I used to be in charge of all the gPS and Total Station gear at that job.. Was fun palying with high tech stuff... $500K worth of gear on my back all day though... Don't drop it! :crying:

Interactive universe map eh?.... I'll have to give that a goo later and have an explore session!

So good to catch up with you all on a Friday!

Gotta get back to work but I'll smoke one later to you all! Much love! :bighug::bighug::bighug::pass:
