whatever I can get
I'm starting my first grow. Soaking my seeds for germination today.
I just tested my tap water, and it's 6.8-6.9.
I'm growing in soil. How's that sound ? Do I need to go down a tad ?

Leave the tap water out for at least 24 hours to shed chlorine etc, then mix nutes etc. That is a pretty good ph you have out of the tap. You don't need to give it the same exact ph level each time. You can go down a little, then back up.

your all good  with that PH for soil.... AutoWonders tip is solid, leave your water out to air for at least 24hr before you use it... PH'ing water for feeding soil is not as important as PH'ing for water for coco... 6.3 - 6.5 is optimal for soil, if you have good soil it will buffer the water to the PH needed so no need to worry... but if you take the time and get that water to the perfect PH you may see little bit better performance form the plant.

thanks !, I was thinking ph wasn't as important with soil
