This grow i started using a little of this too. I think its 7 dollars for a 3 pack of dry ferts, all organic. You have to specify the dry nust sample if that is what you want to try. I'm sure it is kinda stong so i use it lightly.

But we gotta get you dialed in before you go through too many seeds. We are just missing something. Because its nothing you are doing
 
Floor and watertemps, then lets give it a few days to see. I read that before I ever grew a plant. I have mine on insulation board, sometimes you can find scrap pieces but anything to buffer the cold helps.

With temps I think the biggest factor is the difference between the high and low not exceeding 20 degrees
