Mephisto Genetics Walter White, Organic Super Soil, 3.9G Autopot with Airdome

I am in on this one mate don't see many Walters being grown out even less so these days.

Have already fallen in love with my Walter dom White Crack and have only smoked a 3 week early taken bud so far, but just something about that early buzz and the way the nugs look and smell that say its something a bit special like ;)

Look forward to seeing how this one plays and what you think of her, we all know @archie gemmill loves a bit of Walter and managed to knock him on his ass:crying:

Best of luck not that you gonna need it in your more than capable hands :pass:

Welcome Spanglish! Glad you found it. Your WC is something else, glad to hear she's a good toke. Looking for strong potent smoke, so as long as I don't feck this up, should be as advertised. I love all the crosses with WW, so really excited to try just WW.

better get my glasses on for this.

good luck.
:pighug:

Welcome Archie! WW fan club in da house!

Bottom 1-2” clay pebbles, then soil , and from what I read let the leaves grow out of the pot , then turn on the autopots. And I will only put it in un PH water in reservoir. Pots should be in a week or so, I will follow your grow and steal as many ideas as I can , too. I searched a lot on them on here but everybody does it different it seems.

Sounds good, but you may want to add some amendments to the soil, or put a nice layer of compost on the bottom of your pot. I find soil alone uses up the nutes around 1/2 way through the grow, And then your stuck feeding them the rest of the way.
I sure hope any info you get here is useful.

Going to pull up a chair to watch this one. Seen a lot of crosses with WW in them, not many of the man himself. I also have great interest in autopots, so soaking in the knowledge you gents are gushing. Thanks!

Got it. Is an airdome the same as an air stone , or 2 diff things?

I will be trying 1 pot with coco loco mixed with the GBD soil, and i just so happen to have some biotabs , so will try that in the other pot. Does it matter to do 2 diff things in each pot?

I would not put stones on the bottom of the pot (either with or without airdomes) and coco on top. There have been a few people that did not get the best wicking action with mixing up mediums like stones then coco or soil on top. And IMO its super important to make sure you have perfect wicking so you get good uptake of feed water. You also don't want a dense heavy medium so I would add a lot of perlite to the coco. Just dont take any chances by doing things that have been documented to possibly cause issues. When I see mixed success and failure with an approach like stones on the bottom, I steer clear of that totally. Keep it simple with the autopots.

Gotcha. I will just do soil and add some perlite in there. Thank you

Subbed up for this, love me some organic Autopot growing :d5:.
Glad to have you along.:welcome:

@RicanBlazer , I don't think soil sitting in the flood zone is a good idea. I'd do a 1.5" layer of perlite, this actually helps wicking.

Hey Roasty how much DE are you using? I was about to mix up a 3 gal and 5 gal didnt know if i should just do a top layer or mix through the soil?

I been using approximately 1 teaspoon per gallon of medium all throughout.
