What sort of noise?

A banging could be air, especially if you topped up the system.

Watch the pressure gauge as the boiler heats up.

If you've had to top up pressure, it normally means you've got a leak. If the pressure increases a lot when boiler heats up (from 1 to 3 bar) then it's most likely air leaked out of the expansion vessel.

Video the noise and send it to me.

i definitely experienced ego death and it was very humbling and on the edge of scary throughout the night but i dont regret it one bit its actually one of my most important trips to date for myself

I've switched it off for now bud. The boiler peeps are coming tomorrow or later today, depending whether or not they can be arsed!

It sounds like a dishwasher and yep, the pressure went up to 3 bar when it got hot and has gone down to 2 over night.

I'll send a vid later if the boiler peeps haven't fixed it..

If it's a combi and it happens only when you run the hot water, it could be a scaled plate heat exchanger. Least it's mild and you've got the Co stove.

12G...i cant imagine that, when i had 3g it was really strong...sounds like a story i want to hear!

im a stay at home dad because i own my own business and have my 11month old son(who was shown to me before he was born in the trip) and i dont have the time at the moment. but if @Vlad The Inhaler dont mind ill share some of the story later
