Very yellow plant!

The plant overall looks start to show after 2 days of any foliar feeding.
Regard that any dead tissue won't resuscitate :) so, you should pay attention to color of the leaves and especially any new growth.

Once every 5 weeks is not enough. You can give them foliarly every 2 weeks. Foliar spray should be given on top and underneath the leaves.

It's ok to feed a starving plant, if she's showing sign of nute def. When it's due to a ph-lockout then you should get the pH right first and then feed.

If you've been using organic nutes 5 days of flushing should be sufficient. Otherwise your 2 weeks is a good mark.

Once every 5 weeks won't be enough to see a difference from the epsom salts. I would mist them once a day for 3 days, then wait and see how they take it before misting them again.

After spraying the plants and givings some extra nutes the plant looks like he is coming back to his original color, the leaves started to change again to green, but not totally.
I will do another threatment as Muddy proposed, I will start today with the foliar spray and do it for three days so the plant has enough Mag for sure.
Is it doing any harm to the buds at this time of the flowering stage? Or can I just spray everywhere on the plant to make sure that the Mag is absorbed everywhere?

Thx
