yeah... recheck ph mate.... between 6 and 6.5 is a pretty wide range... depending on where in that range you fall you could be experinecing lockout..

if you are using a liquid tester... a few extra drops of test solution will help the color show a little more clearly and help you dial in exactly where you are in that range... and then we can get you on track mate...

You haven't mentioned what nutes you give them... Do you happen to give them Mg?
It looks like classic Mg def/lockout. Iron and magnesium are very similar except iron only affects the new leafs and magnesium starts from the bottom and works it's way up to the new shoots.

I think Hugo is on point... and I suspect ph is the main issue.. 
So if one normally tests with 3 drops you are saying 3 more could be added and get a clearer reading?

Dw1 any cal/mag nute will do the trick, with the advantage you'll be supplying calcium too. But a foliar with regular Epsom salts from near by pharmacy will work aswell.
