Indoor VERY tall seedlings

I start mine for the first 3 weeks under a group of 125 watt cfls... a couple plants should be fine under that...

Yes, they'll be fine under the cfl for a few weeks and no, that does not add on to the growth time or anything. Growth time is growth time, they'll probably just do a little better and less chance of burning them with too much light if you start them under lower powered lights first, then move to your hps. It'll stil grow in the same amount of time.
