Indoor VERY LOW HUMIDITY!! Plz Help

Hello fella. so I can't get my humidity above 30% i have about 4 cups of water and 2 bowls of water in there and I've even went in and sprayed the area with water I'm sure the plants loved it but the humidty didn't change just he temp lowered for a few minutes.

I don't have the $ to get a humidifier. What can i do to get the humidity up?

How are you plants looking? Seems like it would be fine running that humidity.

one way of raising the humidity that was advised to me was to take a wet towel (not dripping wet) bunch it up and put it on the floor for a while.
i haven't had to do myself it but the idea seems reasonable and it might be a good temporary fix.

They look healthy but I as most people know. 40-60% is optimum.
