It took quite along time tbh. They got pretty tall. Thought at first they were not Autos cause it was getting pretty big and didn't show pre flower yet. I harvested like 90 days....

Ive always wondered about topping autos. Always read about not doing it. Im subbed for the journey. I have a auto noethern lights sprouted dec.2/18. Just a couple weeks into flower. Good luck.

My thoughts on topping autos,with the more practice growing,u no wen when the plant is thriving though veg(room dialled in)and it needs to be a long flowing auto as well take a look at my think different they seamed to like it,ur better just pinching if any doubt)

4 topped autos in a 4x4:

1: Seed Stockers Northern Lights
2: Dinafem Dinamed CBD
3: Mephisto 4AM
4: Sweet Seeds Dark Devil

Number 3 was stunted early with overfeeding
They weren't just topped, but scrogged and lollipopped too

When they first appeared, Auto's ere delicate and topping was not recommended.
Now that their genetics are a lot more stable, you can go to town on (most of) themm
My first grow, I topped my plants also and ended up with:

2 plants, 270g combined dry weight.

Dam broo thos loook hella nice. How much you get out of those? Also I'm looking into led lights now compared to hps.... Due to heat and temperature but still deciding.
