Indoor "Veg" Period/LST Question

I know with auto flowers there isn't a traditional veg. stage like with photoperiods. From what I understand, the closest to veg. is the time before pre-flowers begin to show. I imagine that any training I do (in this case LST) should be done during this "veg" period, right? I assume that during flowering we don't want to stress our baby out anymore than necessary. If I'm mistaken here, please feel free to correct me. I'm brand new to auto flowers. Been doing photoperiod up until now.

If a breeder states that their plant finishes flowering 9 weeks from germination, about how long do you think the "veg." period would be?

Usually 3-4 weeks average I believe

I don't see problem with LST in flowering mode. As long as you're gentle and don't break some stem...

I've done it through the end pretty much and never had any obvious issues. I mean yeah I probably stressed her a little, but never hermie'd on me. Moderation is key lol.
