Yo @Vapo AC Infinity is replacing those oscillating fans for free with new models right now. No bullshit. Just need your order number from wherever you got it from and a code from a sticker on the fan. Don't even have to send your current fan back :thumbsup: A couple of us around here have started getting the new version in the mail this week

Tell them it’s making a clicking noise while oscillating. Here’s a video of my second gen 1 only couple months old make sure the sound is on you should here the noise easily I have 4 of them now that make this noise cause they let you keep the old ones too
 
DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDES......I cannot thank you absolutely cool as f**k dudes enuff!!....I hope they send me a replacement fan too....I submitted my form... Nooice, just want to say........a lot of the time things like this don't work out for me, don't know why dudes......I guess I just get forgotten or something :shrug: but even if it doesn't work out for me...THANK YOU GUYS....a lot, I wouldn't have even known about it if it wasn't for youz...:bow:...much respect:thanks:
 
Yup got a confirmation email but I've not had a dispatch email yet.

I only needed to provide my invoice to get a replacement. No mention of a code on the fan. I did buy from an official reseller so that may have made a difference?

I'm not exactly known for my good luck so I'm surprised it worked for me :crying: But it's worked for a lot of people here. Think it took a day or 2 until I got confirmation email back :goodluck:

I think they're overwhelmed with request it took me over a week to get a shipping confirmation for this upgrade. Compared to the first time I got replacements the whole process from claim to fans at my house in a week it was a bit slower this time
