They will only ship to the appropriate region so even if you use a VPN to access the UK store, if you aren't in UK then don't expect to be able to actually order/get delivery.
I have family in the UK and a UK bank account. I'll have them shipped to the UK then re-shipped to me here ... lunacy!

Well if you want to skip all of that 'lunacy' you could always run some Night Owl seeds from Daz... The Seed Bazaar still has some left from his latest drop.
