Yeah, males and hermies are verbotten......only able to do females in this test group but looking for one of my Wishing Stars to be male to place out on the back deck.
Do want to make the seeds?

Can't.....breeder expressed concern about it since they aren't finished with the breeding aspect. Since he was nice enough to let us test them gonna respect his wishes... got my Golden Ticket project almost ready to start pulling the seeds out and the Wishing Stars are regs as well so will collect off one of those males.....per Bob's request the single GT seed I pulled already to test viability, since it popped and showed tail pretty quick, I have it in a solo now for inclusion in this grow........if it actually sprouts, lol.

I understand that from a breeder point. I have gifted growers with seeds I'm still testing.
A sign of a continuous breeder ,:toke: always wants better. I'm up for that .

Defoliating the upper fans about a fistful a day, tucking a few taller branches to try and fill those empty spots. Fed RO only up to today when I fed 1gallon of 160ppm of canna bio Flores. Let’s hope it doesn’t ruin it, usually I top dress more amendments but continually hit issues in early flower so switching it up this round :baked:
Day 25

Day 25 and looking like day 35-40 very nice man! but i wonder if they accelerated their life cycle, maybe all the transplanting forced a quicker stage in life? who knows we will see soon, i just know my day 22 does not even have pom poms like what i see in these pictures, i do remember you counting your days differently if i remember correctly. You count from moisture added to seed correct?

Here is my day 22 from popping above dirt, in a autopot drinking 650ppm megacrop

@Zeromitch That day 22 plant is a beast:vibe:
My current day counter has Friday June 24th at 12:00am as the setting. Two came up that Friday, and the other 13 on Saturday. My app doesn’t say day 1 until 24 hours have elapsed though so it would be accurate as day 1 for all the Saturday plants if that makes sense? :dizzy:Damn it’s all too much for a stoner to handle.:deadhorse: And it is true when the seeds were germinating I counted the hours within the thread but that time is not reflected in current day count:pass:

Here is a branch that got too close to the soil in transplant and caught some kind of brown stem rot. Maybe I should have sterilized my refried soil

Yup i smoke to much to do good math :oops1:

I wonder if i should bend my day 22 sideways or let her reach for the sky, i think reach for the sky since i see you guys are training with nets and tie downs. More info for the breeder if i just let it go wild i suppose. i was going to cage her but decided i'll do my cage test in another tent more isolated and easier to train.

I can't wait to see your tent explode with green in that net! Keep up the great work brother

One thing I have learned in my years of growing. When a plant is in its "Veg" state it is trying to produce stem and leaf. Not until it switches into flower mode does it switch to producing flower sites and less leaf and less stem. When removing leaves in the Veg state, you are essentially telling the plant to grow more leaves. So the more leaves you remove, the more the plants want to produce. I have found this happening in Autos as well as Photos. Defoliation works best in my opinion, when the plant has stopped stretching and starts focusing on flowering. I only selectively defoleate for light penitration.

I take almost all fan leaves by mid flower. I usually do 3 defols. 1st one a week or two into flower. 2nd 2-3 weeks later. One more before harvest, if I can get to their stems.
