Here is 2 in a pot. These are a different Back Cross than the testers I sent out. If we think about it in nature, this is how they grow in the wild. Packed on top of each other. And since roots use Fungi to help breakdown organic matter into basic elements so it can be uptaken and use by the plant, in a way one plants roots can and will help another plant feed. If that makes sense. Same idea with cover crops and companion plants. This is how I understand it.
Never grown regs, this is looking like male preflowers? I want to catch the male and female who show earliest, isolate them and play them some Barry Manilow

I could be wrong but it definitely looks like clusters to me. Usually there’d be a single calyx that will eventually grow a hair or two. Pretty clean. That’s not what I’m seeing when I zoom in on your pic.
I agree these are clusters like I’ve never seen in person before which is why I felt like it was a male. I’ve seen the odd sucker branch, which this plant does grow, but these aren’t that. No plants will be thrown out for a few days, and the two males in 5g’s will become my pollen donors as they were the strongest and are both uniform and desirable in expressed traits so far. Growing regs is proving to be a fun addition to the hobby for me
