Outdoor Ultimate NPK values?

Hello all,
What are ultimate NPK values for a synthetic fertilizer?
I can find a water salute fertilizer 30-10-10 for growing and a 5-15-40 for blooming.
Will it work?

First, there is no "ultimate" and higher numbers are meaningless in context to results. Supposedly, these mixes are "optimized" for certain plant types, root veggies, flowering vegetables, etc. Most any veg formula manufactured nutrient will work for canna, I currently use GrowMore Seagrow 16-16-16 with great results. Bloom formula for canna should have higher P than k something like 5-30-15 etc.

Or you can go organic and then all this is meaningless! NPK ratios don't actually apply to organics, even though OMRI makes "certified" organic producers to label their products with NPK ratios. How much of what is available in organics is controlled by the micro life and the plant!
