Temps do need to be in the right range. This is only a humidity to temperature chart as it relates to pressure differences. Root development, plant growth slows and will come to a halt at lower temps. Under led, optimal temps are 75 to 85ish on the high side. HPS, 68 to 75. At these temps, you'll see the biggest growth, and best flowering conditions.
Germination I keep things at 82*.

That Philzon light is really only 100 watts 600 w is pure BS. You really do not have enough light for 2 plants. I hate all of the false advertising to NOOBs that are unaware of the practice of outright lying to the public. I recommend you save some money and get a couple of autocobs to supplement that Philzon. ASAP because you really can only expect 1.5g/watt so 150g for two plants is a low yield.
