Twisted leaves and yellow spots

My grow has done the exact same thing as far as the "spots". Same soil....ocean forrest with a little added perlite. Mine started when flowering ramped up.
I've added some cal-mag along with the bloom nutes I'm using and the problem has stopped.
I think it might possibly be phosphorus deficiency which would make sense I haven't added nutes yet I'll start lightly and hopefully that will ease it

I was thinking phosphorus also...but then came to the conclusion it might be calcium. From what I understand is a calcium deficiency leads to phosphorus........the key is making sure your ph is where it should be....if not the whatever you try is just a gamble.

I suppose it could be both I read overwatering can bring out phosphorus issues faster I've never checked my ph that is certainly part of the problem.

Unfortunately alot of deficiencies have the same
appearances. By the looks of yours its in the early stages....hopefully you sort it out before(or if) it becomes a serious issue! Get one of these so at least you'll know you ph isn't an issue!

It actually happened early on but went away weirdly enough yep I'll being grabbing a ph tester soon. It wouldn't hurt to get some cal mag stuff.

More orange leaves and curling
It isnt looking fantastic for this plant its growing steadily but this orange leaves stuff is bothering me I'm getting a ph tester tomorrow I'm thinking it's a phosphorus deficiency caused by nutrient lockout because of the ph not being quite right. Well bright side is my other plant is doing well.
